You need 500 of each to make an Ascended weapon, and 200500 of each to make a piece of Ascended armour (depending on the piece). If you are levelling your crafting skills and envision yourself getting Ascended gear, save some for that time.

The Tequatl event usually gives around 20 pieces of dragonite ore, and the Karka Queen gives around 30. I do those two pretty regularly, and even without being a big world boss train runner otherwise, I have at least 3x more dragonite ore than I do bloodstone dust or empyreal fragments.

You get dragonite ore from the berry spawns, and you get emp fragments from the chests that spawn after doing the meta event. You can get about 150 of each per toon you take through there. Though the chests respawn for each character, so even if you have just one you can get limitless emp fragments.
You can safely throw them away, but just in case you can craft yourself 10 bloodstone bricks of each bloodstone dust, dragonite ore, empyreal fragrments (that requires 500 lvl of crafting though). As for auric dust, that is used for legendary armor and gen 2 legendary, so you might wanna turn them into auric ingot or fulgurite, for the future ...
For now just do fractals, world boss train for dragonite ore, raids, Heart of Thorn Meta events (Matriarch at Verdant Brink, Octovine at Auric Basin, Chak Garent in Tangled Depths, Mord at Dragons). Most of the time you'll get back minor loot, but they can occasionally surprise you with nice stuff. If you're still not able to eliminate your stockpile consuming that much per day, you must be doing a skrittload of farming.
