Midgame includes the IE crusher (going to need nether brick; in BWM that is expensive), TE Pulverizer, EIO SAG mill, IC2 macerator. As all these need power, I call these midgame. Another option: Thaumcraft Native Clusters + Infernal Furnace. Yield is 2x + bonus nuggets.
